Yishebah Baht Gavriel, originally Christina Stephanie Gabriel, celebrates her long-awaited return to Trinidad from April 3rd to April 24th, 2024. A survivor of the UK Windrush Scandal, this resilient children’s author and retired psychiatric nurse overcame decades of injustice to publish her debut, “Clever Chrissie and the Mango Stories.” Inspired by her grandson and her
